CNC Horizontal Machining Center Features:

High quality cast iron and high rigid base can make the machine keep stable over a long-time period. The bed has sufficient rigidity and substantially improved moving level. This structure guarantee the stable and smooth feed with high speed and acceleration.
The high rigidity and high accuracy working table can handle the weight of large-size and heavy workpieces. The strong bearings can ensures the workpiece can be firmly supported. This can make the accurate machining possible.
The controlled oil can go into the spindle core of ball screw with a special structure to control the temperature. Moreover, the machine is of highly reliable design which can avoid thermal deformation.
For axis protection from the chips, Taesin CNC Horizontal Machining Center use an aluminum cover to make the chip never been caught in it.
In addition, as we know, the axial feed rate speeds and acceleration rates have increased, and the reliability of the pipe and wire cable becomes very important. Cables rubbing against each other may lead to oil leakage and dangerous situations. Some damages can cause more severe consequences.

1. Acceptance Standard: According to the technical requirement and parameter.
2. Inspection and Acceptance Requirement:
Inspection and acceptance can be done after testing in manufacturer’s factory. Geometric and positioning accuracy inspection, and do machining on spot. Make sure the processing accuracy and range meet technical requirement. Machine can be delivered after both of seller and buyer sign.
The machine is also inspected by our advanced engineers using the laser interferometer for the positioning deviation&repeatability according to the highest standard. The machine is also checked for its geometrical accuracies before delivering.
The CNC Horizontal Machining Center is also tested in our company with the related workpieces and required tool. And in the process, our engineer also fully inspected the testing process and achieve the highest precision.
Before delivering, we also verify all parameters against machine specification and technical data. Machine will run continuously for 8 hours at full rated parameters. After the running test, the machine should be under perfect working condition. After installation and commissioning, we guarantee that positional and geometrical accuracy values will be verified.
